1. Right to Use the Service

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements and you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Account

Access to certain features may require account registration. You are required to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

3. User Content

You are responsible for any content that you publish, upload, transmit, create or generate through the Service.

4. Channels, Groups, and Communities

Administrators of channels and groups are responsible for content management, compliance with the rules, and the actions of members within their communities.

5. Content License

You retain ownership of your content. By posting content on LIFE, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, reproduce, distribute, display, adapt and translate your content for the purposes of operating, developing, and promoting the Service.

6. Use of the Service

You agree not to disrupt the operation of the Service, circumvent technical restrictions, use automated systems without permission, or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content, restrict its distribution, suspend accounts, or delete channels and groups.

9. Rumbiki (LIFE In-App Currency)

The Service may provide an internal digital currency — "Rumbiki" — which can be used for purchasing digital goods, sending gifts to other users, and transferring Rumbiki to other users.

10. Paid Services

Where the Service offers paid features: payment is made through selected payment systems, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, service disruptions, or actions of other users.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
